Mena Habib is a mining executive with extensive experience in management, sales, and marketing, having successfully run multiple businesses with multimillion-dollar turnovers. He has a strong background in investment markets, particularly in emerging companies within the mineral resources sector.
Mr Habib has played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, facilitating the acquisition and advancement of projects across Australia, South America, and North America. He has also raised significant capital through strategic investment networks in Asia and North America.
He currently serves as Managing Director of Power Minerals (ASX:PNN) and as a Non-Executive Director of AusChina Holdings (ASX:AUH).
Ian Holland
Managing Director
Ian has more than 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and was recently the Managing Director of Navarre Minerals Limited. He was responsible for acquiring the Mt. Carlton Mine and Crush Creek project and transitioning the company from explorer to producer.
Ian is a qualified geologist and holds a Masters of Minerals Geoscience and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment in addition to a Degree in Geology, and has experience at the Mount Isa Mines, Mount Gordon Copper Mine and Renison Tin Mine in addition to the Fosterville Gold Mine.
Kurt Lingohr
Non-Executive Director
Kurt has over 30 years of experience in business strategy, marketing and product development, having achieved two significant financial exits in his career after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Systems.
Frequent participation in Australian mining investor conferences as a private investor has allowed Kurt to build an extensive professional network and gain deep experience in all facets of investing and value creation, particularly what drives market appetite for junior explorations stocks.
Christopher Gerteisen

Christopher Gerteisen is a mining executive with more than 30 years of experience advancing resource projects from greenfield exploration through to development and production across North America, Australia, and Asia. He began his career as an economic geologist with Newmont, working on the Carlin Trend, Alaska, and the Batu Hijau copper-gold deposit in Indonesia, before holding senior technical and executive roles with Sons of Gwalia, Oxiana/OZ Minerals, and PanAust.
He currently serves as CEO and Executive Director of Nova Minerals (ASX/NASDAQ: NVA), where he leads the Estelle Gold, Antimony and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska — a 514 km² land package hosting two multi-million-ounce gold resources and multiple advanced antimony prospects. In 2025, Nova was awarded a US$43.4 million US Department of Defense grant to advance domestic antimony production. He has also served as a director of Viridis Mining and Minerals and Pioneer Minerals.
Mr Gerteisen holds degrees from the University of Idaho and the Western Australian School of Mines, with formal training in Economic Geology and Mineral Economics. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and a dual US-Australian citizen.
